About this application
NNS Wayne Publishing Automation is an internal application operated by Magic Mile Media, Inc. for NNS Wayne. It supports publishing NNS Wayne articles, images, captions and links to our authorized Facebook Page and Instagram account.
This policy applies to the publishing application and its connected automation services.
Information we access
The application processes information needed to connect and operate our social accounts, including account and Page identifiers, authorization permissions, access tokens, article URLs, images, excerpts, published post identifiers and publishing status information.
The application is intended for authorized staff use. Readers do not need to create an account or provide login credentials to this application.
How we use information
We use this information to publish content, add article links as Facebook comments, verify publishing results and troubleshoot errors.
We do not sell information obtained through the application or use it to build advertising profiles.
Service providers
The workflow uses Meta services, including Facebook and Instagram, and Zapier to perform authorized publishing actions. Information necessary to operate the workflow is processed by these providers under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Security and retention
Access to credentials and operational information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers. Access tokens are treated as confidential credentials.
We retain information only as needed to operate and troubleshoot the application, maintain necessary publishing records and meet applicable legal obligations.
Requesting data deletion
To request deletion of information associated with this application, email info@neusenewssports.com with the subject “NNS Wayne Publishing Automation Data Deletion.”
Include your name, the relevant account or Page, and enough information to identify your request. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
We will review the request, verify your identity or authority when necessary, and delete eligible application information under our control, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Authorized administrators may also revoke the application’s access through Meta’s account or business integration settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete previously published social posts.
